BUYERS BEWARE!!!!! UPDATE: Also found TONS of leaks on the roof & slides & BLACK MOLD under the carpets in the living rooms. The salesman told us the stains were from a window being left open. THEY LIED. These guys to not care for their rigs nor do they fix anything before selling it to you. I purchased a $65k fifth wheel from them in June & upon delivery one of the three shower door panels had shattered. I cleaned up the mess & Scott told me he would replace it. It’s now October & I still don’t have a new shower door. I reached out periodically asking for an ETA & every time Scott, the owner, sounded frantic but that he was working on it. The last time I reached out to Scott he said that he didn’t really owe me one, but was replacing it to be nice, & that it wasn’t his fault it broke!! HE WAS THE ONE WHO DELIVERED IT. Incredibly unprofessional business, you’re better off going literally anywhere else.

WARNING DO NOT BUY FROM HERE EVER! IF I COULD GIVE THEM NO STARS I WOULD. THEY SELL LEMONS AND TRY TO COVER UP FIXES JUST LONG ENOUGH SO YOU CAN'T BRING IT BACK. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE THEY WILL LIE TO YOU. THEY WILL KNOWINGLY PUT YOUR LIFE ENDANGER AND THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF. ALSO THERE MECHANICS ARE NOT REAL MECHANICS AND THEY DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. I will never buy from here again. I purchased a RV that they said were putting new house batteries in and fixing the breaks before I purchased it. I put a down payment on it of 9,000 dollars and the full price of it was 15,999. They told me it should be ready in a week. I went back after that week and they said it was ready for pick and all repairs had been done. Not even a full day I had to take it back because they didn't replace the house batteries. So this time I watched them put in 2 new batteries. 3 days later I had to take it back again because of brake problems they said they had fixed. They then tried to tell me to come back in 4 to 5 hours. I came back took it for a drive and the breaks were still having problems. We bought a motorhome. From Scott. The catylitic converter had been stolen. They fixed it and delivered it two days before our trip. The check engine lite came on. It was the converter. They had stuck on a converter for a small car. It cost 1100 dollars to get it fixed right. That was last July. They still have not paid. The picture on the right is what they put on. We are so pleased with our purchase of a used RV from Scott's RV Sales! We bought a 2012 5th wheel RV this month and the whole process went really well. We worked with Nick who was great about communicating with us through the whole process. Art, Walker, and the service team did an amazing job getting the RV ready for us to take possession. It was clean and the small repairs that we negotiated for were done very well. We are so happy and ready to hit the road. Thank you Scott's RV team!

This was our first experience buying an RV. Ken, our salesman, helped us tremendously through much of the process. We didn't know what type of RV we wanted, and we finally decided on a fifth wheel. Then, we didn't know what kind of truck to buy. He was able to advise us the right direction with that too! He sat with us and was super easy to talk to and just educated us on so many things that we didn't even know to ask. He worked with our financing a lot and gave us a great deal! Dwight was our mechanic guy. This guy is brilliant! He was able to fix things quickly and on the fly. Even after our purchase, when we were out on the road, Dwight talked to us on the phone multiple times to help diagnose and offer solutions for repairs when they popped up. These 2 guys have been there for us throughout this whole process. We visited at least 10 other RV dealers in the Portland/Vancouver area, and the customer service we got at Scott's couldn't be matched. We love our camper - her name is Greta! Many thanks Ken and Dwight!! Adventure bound!!
